Complaints Handling

Most people start with an If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@luxivana.com, including a brief description and your Luxivana account details (if applicable). Your complaint will be reviewed internally by Luxivana and referred to the Compliance Manager at Luxivana Financial Services Limited.

We aim to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and resolve it within 30 days.

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). Luxivana Financial Services is a member of AFCA.
